How do you change cabin filter on 2008 Toyota Highlander?

Tools and materials needed:

- Flat-head screwdriver

- Phillips-head screwdriver

- New cabin air filter (_Check owner's manual for the right size_ )

Instructions:

Step 1: Locate the cabin air filter compartment

- The cabin air filter compartment is usually behind the glove compartment.

- Open the glove compartment, then press the sides to release it from the hooks and lower it.

Step 2: Remove the cover of the filter compartment

- Using a flat-head screwdriver, pry off the cover of the cabin air filter compartment.

Step 3: Remove the old cabin air filter

- Pull out the old cabin air filter from its slot.

Step 4: Install the new cabin air filter

- Insert the new cabin air filter into the slot, with the arrows on the filter pointing toward the passenger compartment.

Step 5: Replace the cover of the filter compartment

- Place the cover back on the cabin air filter compartment and press it until it snaps into place.

Step 6: Close the glove compartment

- Lift up the glove compartment and press it back into place.
