How do you reprogram a auto mate car alarm remote?

1. Turn the ignition on and off three times. This will put the car into programming mode.

2. Press and hold the "LOCK" button on the remote for five seconds.

3. Press the "UNLOCK" button on the remote.

4. Release the "LOCK" button.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 two more times.

6. Turn the ignition on.

7. The remote is now programmed.
