1. Park your Avenger on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
2. Turn on the ignition and cycle your wipers once. This will help position them in a convenient location for removal.
3. Identify the release mechanism for the wiper arms. On most models, it's a small tab on the base of the wiper arm.
4. Press the release tab and lift the wiper arm away from the windshield. Be careful not to damage the windshield or the wiper blades.
5. Slide the old wiper blade out of the wiper arm.
6. Insert the new wiper blade into the wiper arm. Make sure it locks in place securely.
7. Lower the wiper arm back down against the windshield.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for the other wiper arm.
9. Test your new wipers by turning on the ignition and cycling them a few times.
