How do you change the brake lights on a 1995 Chrysler Concorde?

To replace a brake light on a 1995 Chrysler Concorde, follow these steps:

1. Park your vehicle in a safe area, and turn off the engine. Engage the parking brake.

2. Open the trunk.

3. Along the rim or edge of the trunk lid you will find plastic retainers (usually black). These clips require pulling outward a little to allow disengagement that holds the trunk lining on.

4. Remove the trunk liner.

5. Locate the brake light assembly within the trunk. It will be on the side that needs to be replaced.

6. Twist the brake light bulb socket counterclockwise to remove it from the assembly.

7. Remove the old bulb from the socket by pulling straight out.

8. Inspect the bulb for damage, then insert the new bulb into the socket. Be careful not to touch the glass of the bulb.

9. Reinsert the socket with the new bulb into the brake light assembly. Turn it clockwise until it is secure.

10. Test the brake lights to ensure the new bulb is working properly.

11. Replace the trunk liner, reinstall the plastic retainers and shut the trunk.

12. Dispose of the old bulb properly.
