How do you remove a 1972 front seat?

To Remove the Front Seats on a 1972:

1. Disconnect the battery

2. Tip seat all the way back and remove headrest (if so equipped).

3. Tip seat all the way forward and remove the knob for the fore-aft slide bracket (or pull the release knob out fully).

4. Remove the two bolts holding the seat in place.

5. On the passenger seat, remove the two lower bolts holding the seat track assembly to the floor.
