Where is a knock sensor on Honda Del Sol vtec?

The knock sensor on a Honda Del Sol VTEC is located on the engine block, just below the cylinder head. It is a small, cylindrical sensor with a single wire coming out of it. The sensor is screwed into the block and is in contact with the engine oil. When the engine is running, the sensor detects vibrations caused by knocking or detonation. These vibrations are converted into an electrical signal that is sent to the Engine Control Unit (ECU). The ECU then adjusts the engine timing and fuel mixture to reduce or eliminate knocking.
