1. Park the van on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the front wheels.
4. Remove the brake calipers and rotors.
5. Remove the tie rod ends from the steering rack.
6. Disconnect the hydraulic lines from the steering rack.
7. Remove the steering shaft from the steering rack.
8. Remove the mounting bolts for the steering rack and take out the steering rack.
Installation:
1. Insert the steering rack.
2. Install and tighten the mounting bolts.
3. Connect steering shaft.
4. Connect the hydraulic lines.
5. Install tie rods to steering rack.
6. Install the rotors and calipers.
7. Install front wheels.
8. Connect the negative battery cable.
9. Fill the power steering reservoir with fluid.
10. Bleed the power steering system.
Test Drive:
Take the Movano for a test drive to make sure the steering rack is working properly and to check for any leaks.
