Ultra Low Electric Vehicle Experience (ULEV) featured on Notts TV

Last week Mel Creedy from DriveElectric took centre stage while at an EV Roadshow event at Geldards (Nottingham). The event was the first of 4 which will run over the next two months. What better day to kick off the show than on Clean Air Day 2019, educating and getting people involved in electric vehicles.

Mel from the DriveElectric Business Development Team features on Notts TV, She talks about the benefits of electric cars and the electric vehicle trials which are currently running for businesses around the Nottingham area.

The ULEV Experience programme allows businesses to try out an electric vehicle for up to one month. The trials are free of charge and are available to qualifying businesses in the Nottingham City area. All vehicle loan requests are subject to status (terms and conditions apply).

If you want to skip straight to the star of the show (DriveElectric Mel) then the ULEV coverage starts at 6 minutes 39 seconds.

Other EV roadshow events are running throughout June and July, where you’re able to find out everything you need to about electrifying your business fleet and electric vehicle leasing.

• Nottingham Business Park, Wednesday 26 June

• University of Nottingham University Park, Tuesday 2 July

• The Creative Quarter, Sneinton Market, Wednesday 10 July

Take an excursion to our events page to discover upcoming electric vehicle events and things to do… some we will be attending as ‘DriveElectric’ and some we’re heading to just for fun. We also post updates on prize draws and competitions we are running on this page (if you’re feeling lucky).

We’ve always found the EV community warm and welcoming so get involved if you can. As well as physical meet ups there are great EV owners groups on Facebook (the BMW i3 UK group on Facebook is particularly useful and chatty!) and there’s lots of activity on twitter too, so either virtually or ‘in real life’ we hope to see you there.
