Where is the flasher relay on a Ford Ranger?

1993 thru 2011 Ford Rangers have the flasher relay mounted on the bottom side of the fuse box cover under the hood. The flasher relay is a light green round relay located in the second row of relays counting from the left when facing the fuse box from the front of the vehicle.
