Where is the multiplex control unit on a 2003 civic?

The multiplex control unit (MCU) in a 2003 Honda Civic is located under the driver's side of the dashboard. To access it, you will need to remove the lower dash panel. Once the panel is removed, you will see the MCU mounted on the left side of the center console. It is a black box with multiple connectors.
