1. Park the vehicle on level ground and allow the engine to cool completely.
2. Open the radiator cap to relieve pressure.
3. Locate the drain plug/cock on the bottom of the radiator.
4. Place a drain pan under the drain plug/cock and open it.
5. Allow all the coolant to drain from the radiator.
6. Close the drain plug/cock.
7. Refill the radiator with new coolant.
8. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to circulate the new coolant.
9. Check the coolant level and add more if necessary.
10. Close the radiator cap.
NOTE: If you are draining the coolant to perform maintenance, be sure to flush the radiator with a quality radiator flush product. This will help remove any sediment or debris that may be built up in the system.
