The flasher relay is located in the fuse block in the engine compartment. The fuse block is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment, near the battery. The flasher relay is a small, black box with a green connector. It is located in the upper right corner of the fuse block.

To replace the flasher relay, follow these steps:

1. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.

2. Open the hood of your Kia Sportage.

3. Locate the fuse block on the driver's side of the engine compartment.

4. Remove the cover of the fuse block.

5. Locate the flasher relay in the upper right corner of the fuse block.

6. Press down on the release tab and pull the flasher relay straight up to remove it from the socket.

7. Insert the new flasher relay into the socket.

8. Press down on the relay until it clicks into place.

9. Replace the cover of the fuse block.

10. Close the hood of your Kia Sportage.
