Were is the main relay on a 98 Honda Civic?

The Main Relay is located under the hood, on the driver's side near the battery. It may be covered by a plastic cover. When looking at the fuse/relay box and the battery on the left, the main relay is the one farthest to the left and is slightly angled. It is black with a blue or green clip attached to it.
