How do you remove the battery cover on a 1992 Allante?

1. Open the rear hatch.

2. Remove the four Phillips screws that hold the floor panel of the hatch in place. Lift up the floor panel and set it aside.

3. Locate the two plastic caps on the battery cover. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry the caps off.

4. Use the flathead screwdriver to pry the battery cover up and off of the battery.
