2. Locate the radiator drain plug. The drain plug is typically located at the bottom of the radiator, on the passenger side. It is a small, plastic plug with a Phillips head screw.
3. Place a drain pan under the radiator drain plug.
4. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen and remove the radiator drain plug.
5. Allow the coolant to drain from the radiator into the drain pan.
6. Once the coolant has drained, reinstall the radiator drain plug and tighten it securely.
7. Refill the radiator with new coolant.
8. Start the engine and allow it to run for a few minutes. This will circulate the new coolant throughout the cooling system.
9. Check the coolant level and add more coolant if necessary.
10. Repeat steps 3-9 if the coolant is not clear.
