Where is the dipstick for a 1983 Honda goldwing 1100?

The dipstick for a 1983 Honda Gold Wing 1100 is located on the front left side of the engine, near the top. It is a long, thin metal rod with a yellow handle. The dipstick should be pulled out and checked for oil level regularly, especially before long trips. To check the oil level, remove the dipstick and wipe it clean with a rag. Then reinsert the dipstick into the engine until it stops, and then pull it out again. The oil level should be between the two marks on the dipstick. If the oil level is low, add oil to the engine through the oil fill cap, which is located on the top of the engine.
