Where is the fuel pressure regulator on a 1995 Chevy blazer 4.3L vortec?

On a 1995 Chevy Blazer with the 4.3L Vortec engine, the fuel pressure regulator is integrated into the fuel rail. It's not a separate component like on some older vehicles. You'll find it on the top of the fuel rail, usually towards one end. It's a small, often hard-to-see component within the assembly of the fuel rail itself.
