What is oil fuel mixture for a 1989 yz 250?

For the 1989 Yamaha YZ250, the recommended fuel mixture is 25:1 or 40 ml of oil per 1 liter of gasoline.

This mixture ratio of 40:1 was specified in the owner's manual, using Yamaha genuine 2-stroke oil or equivalent for the period 1980 to 1990. The YZ250 was not produced in the United States for the 1991 model year, and this mixture ratio remained the same for models 1992 onwards to the present day.
