- A funnel
- A length of hose
- A container to collect the fuel
- A flat head screwdriver
1. Remove the seat.
2. Remove the fuel tank cap.
3. If your bike has a petcock, turn it to the "OFF" position.
4. If your bike does not have a petcock, there is a fuel line that connects to a port on the bottom of the tank between the tank and carburetor.
5. Locate this port and place a container underneath it.
6. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry open the port cover and allow the fuel to drain out.
7. Allow the fuel to completely drain out of the tank.
8. Replace the fuel tank cap and seat.
