Disconnect the power steering hoses: Disconnect the power steering hoses from the pump to gain more access to the area around the water pump.
Use a long extension: You can use a long extension with a 13mm socket attached to reach the bolt from a more accessible angle.
Alternative method: If the long extension method doesn't work, consider removing the power steering pump mounting bolts and gently prying the pump away from the water pump to create enough space to access the bolt. Remove the bolt: Once you have gained access to the bolt, remove it using the 13mm socket.
Reach from below: If the pump is not completely rigid and does not completely block the access to the last screw, you may be able to reach around it and above the crossmember from underneath the car (use a very good flashlight).
