1. Remove the right-hand side cover.
2. Align the "T" mark on the flywheel with the reference mark on the crankcase.
3. Install the right-hand side cover.
The "T" mark is a small raised notch on the edge of the flywheel. The reference mark on the crankcase is a small arrow. When these two marks are aligned, the engine is at top dead center (TDC).
TDC is the point at which the piston is at the highest point in the cylinder. This is the correct position to set the timing on the XR200R.
If you are unable to find the timing marks, you may need to refer to a workshop manual or consult with a qualified mechanic.
