Who invented car Audi?
Audi was founded in 1909 by August Horch, a German engineer. Horch had previously founded the A Horch & Cie company in 1899, but left in 1909 after disputes with the board of directors. He then established a new company, August Horch Automobilwerke GmbH, in Zwickau, Germany. In 1910, the company's name was changed to Audi Automobilwerke GmbH.
