1. Park your car in a well-lit area. This will make it easier to see what you are doing.
2. Open the hood of your car.
3. Locate the headlight assembly that you want to access. The headlight assemblies are located in the front of your car, on either side of the grille.
4. Remove the headlight bulb. To do this, turn the bulb counterclockwise until it comes loose.
5. Remove the headlight housing. The headlight housing is held in place by several screws. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws, and then lift the headlight housing off of the car.
6. You can now access the inside of the headlight. You can replace the headlight bulb, clean the headlight lens, or perform other repairs.
7. Reinstall the headlight housing and the headlight bulb. Be sure to tighten the screws securely.
8. Close the hood of your car.
