2. Disconnect the battery.
3. Remove the seats, carpet, and any other interior components that may be in the way.
4. Remove the front wheels.
5. Support the front of the van with jack stands.
6. Remove the radiator.
7. Remove the transmission.
8. Remove the driveshaft.
9. Remove the rear wheels.
10. Support the rear of the van with jack stands.
11. Remove the exhaust system.
12. Remove the fuel tank.
13. Remove the body mounts.
14. Using a pry bar, pry the body off the frame.
15. Once the body is removed, set it aside in a safe place.
Once the body has been removed, the next step is to prepare both items to be re-joined in the future by cleaning and preserving the surfaces on the frame and underside of the body that will mate together.
