1. Park your car on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
2. Open the rear cargo door.
3. Locate the spare tire cover on the floor of the cargo area.
4. Remove the spare tire cover by lifting it up and pulling it out.
5. Locate the spare tire hold-down bolt in the center of the spare tire.
6. Use the lug wrench to loosen the spare tire hold-down bolt.
7. Remove the spare tire hold-down bolt and lift the spare tire out of the cargo area.
To reinstall the spare tire, simply reverse the steps above.
