On the right-side cover (black cover between the carb and the frame) there is an adjustment screw. To access this screw, you need to remove the black rubber plug on the cover and then you will see a Phillips-head screw.
This is the idle adjustment screw. Screw it in to decrease the idle speed and out to increase it.
