1. Park your Focus in a safe location and turn off the engine. Engage the parking brake.
2. Open the hood of your vehicle and locate the turn signal assembly, which is situated in the front corner of the vehicle above the headlight.
3. Gently pry the plastic lens cover of the turn signal assembly loose from its housing using a flat-head screwdriver or your fingers.
4. Once the lens cover has been removed, you will see the turn signal bulb socket.
5. Gently twist the bulb socket counterclockwise to remove it from the assembly.
6. Remove the burnt out bulb from the socket.
7. Insert the new bulb into the socket, ensuring that it is properly seated.
8. Reinsert the turn signal bulb socket back into the assembly by turning it clockwise.
9. Snap the plastic lens cover back into place.
10. Test the turn signal to ensure it is functioning properly.
