1. Disconnect the battery:
- Open the hood of your vehicle and locate the battery.
- Disconnect the negative (black) terminal from the battery by loosening the nut with a wrench.
2. Locate the alarm control module:
- The alarm control module is usually located under the dashboard, behind the passenger-side kick panel.
- It's a small black box with wires connected to it.
3. Remove the alarm control module:
- Unplug the wires connected to the alarm control module.
- Remove the mounting screws or bolts that secure the module in place.
- Carefully take out the alarm control module from its location.
4. Reconnect the battery:
- Reconnect the negative (black) terminal to the battery.
- Tighten the nut to secure the terminal.
5. Start the vehicle:
- Try starting the vehicle as you usually would. The anti-theft alarm should be disabled now.
Note: If the alarm still goes off after following these steps, you may need to consult with a professional car technician or auto electrician for further assistance.
