1. Open the hood.
2. Locate the windshield washer fluid reservoir. In the Lexus RX 330, this is a white plastic tank located on the left side of the engine bay.
3. Remove the cap from the washer fluid reservoir.
4. Add windshield washer fluid to the reservoir until it reaches the "Full" line marked on the side of the tank.
5. Replace the cap of the washer fluid reservoir.
6. Close the hood.
Your rear window washer should now be filled and ready to use.
