- Phillips-head screwdriver

Materials:
- 6x9 speakers (2)
- Speaker wire
- Speaker connectors
- Mounting brackets (if necessary)
- Sound deadening material (optional)
Instructions:
1. Remove the rear deck.
- Open the trunk of your Altima and locate the four screws that hold the rear deck in place.
- Remove the screws and carefully lift the rear deck out of the car.
2. Remove the factory speakers.
- Disconnect the speaker wires from the factory speakers.
- Remove the mounting screws that hold the factory speakers in place.
- Carefully remove the factory speakers from the rear deck.
3. Prepare the rear deck.
- If there are any holes from the factory speakers, cover them up with sound deadening material.
- This will help to improve the sound quality of your new speakers.
4. Mount the new speakers.
- Place the new speakers in the rear deck.
- Secure the speakers in place using the mounting brackets (if necessary).
- Connect the speaker wires to the new speakers.
- Make sure that the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals are connected correctly.
5. Test the speakers.
- Turn on your Altima and the radio.
- Play some music and make sure that the new speakers are working properly.
6. Reinstall the rear deck.
- Carefully replace the rear deck in the car.
- Secure the rear deck with the four screws that you removed in step 1.
