1. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position.
2. Within 10 seconds of turning the key to the "ON" position, press and hold the "LOCK" button on the key fob for at least 3 seconds.
3. The security alarm will sound for a few seconds.
4. Turn the key to the "OFF" position and remove it from the ignition.
5. The security alarm is now reset.
