1. Locate the third brake light. The third brake light is located at the top of the rear window, in the center.
2. Remove the two screws that hold the brake light lens in place. The two screws are located at the bottom of the brake light lens, one on each side.
3. Remove the brake light lens carefully. Once the screws are removed, you can carefully remove the brake light lens by pulling it straight out from the vehicle.
4. Replace the old bulb with the new bulb. The old bulb is located inside the brake light housing. To remove it, simply twist it counterclockwise and pull it out. Insert the new bulb by twisting it clockwise until it is secure.
5. Reinstall the brake light lens. Once the new bulb is installed, you can reinstall the brake light lens by pressing it firmly back into place.
6. Replace the two screws. The final step is to replace the two screws that hold the brake light lens in place.
