1. Open the rear cargo door.
2. Locate the taillight assembly on the side that needs the bulb replaced.
3. Remove the two 10mm bolts holding the taillight assembly in place.
4. Gently pry the taillight assembly out of the vehicle. Be careful not to break the plastic housing.
5. Locate the burnt-out bulb. The brake light bulb is typically the red one located at the top of the assembly.
6. Twist the bulb counterclockwise to remove it from the socket.
7. Insert the new bulb into the socket and turn it clockwise until it is secure.
8. Reinstall the taillight assembly by inserting it into the vehicle and replacing the two 10mm bolts.
9. Close the rear cargo door.
The brake light - tail bulb should now be working properly.
