1. Park your vehicle in a safe location and turn off the engine.
2. Locate the windshield wiper arm that you want to remove.
3. There will be a small cap at the base of the wiper arm. Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry off the cap.
4. Once the cap is removed, you will see a 14mm nut. Use a wrench to loosen and remove the nut.
5. Once the nut is removed, you can gently lift the wiper arm off the splined shaft.
Be careful not to drop the nut or the bolt.
To reinstall the windshield wiper arm, simply reverse the steps listed above.
