Locate the rear wiper assembly. It's located at the rear of the vehicle, above the rear window.
Press the release button on the wiper arm. This will disengage the wiper blade from the arm and allow you to lift it off.
Remove the wiper blade from the wiper arm.
Slide in a new wiper blade into the wiper arm, aligning the hook with the slot on the wiper arm.
Press down on the release button to engage the new wiper blade.
That's it! You have successfully replaced your rear wiper blade.
