Instructions:
1. To change the wiper arm on a 1999 Chrysler Town and Country vehicle, start by disassembling the current one. Locate the nut on the wiper arm and use the wrench to loosen and remove it.
2. While holding the arm at the base, push down and wiggle it to loosen it from the base.
3. Slide the old wiper arm off the splined shaft.
4. Soak a rag with WD-40 and clean off the splines on the motor.
5. Apply a small amount of grease or oil to the splined shaft on the motor.
6. Slide the new wiper arm onto the splined shaft, pushing it firmly until it is fully seated.
7. Replace the nut and use the wrench to tighten it securely.
