1. Park your vehicle on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Engage the parking brake.
3. Locate the brake light switch. On the Peugeot 307, it is located above the brake pedal.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the brake light switch.
5. Unscrew the brake light switch using a suitable wrench or socket.
6. Remove the old brake light switch and replace it with a new one. Tighten the switch securely.
7. Reconnect the electrical connector to the brake light switch.
8. Test the brake lights to ensure they are working properly.
