- 10mm socket and wrench
- Phillips head screwdriver
- Flat head screwdriver

- New convertible top weatherstripping
- Scissors
- Adhesive (such as 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive)
1. Remove the old weatherstripping. Use a flat head screwdriver to pry the old weatherstripping off of the convertible top frame. Be careful not to damage the paint on the car.
2. Clean the convertible top frame. Use a damp cloth to clean the convertible top frame. Make sure that the surface is clean and dry before applying the new weatherstripping.
3. Cut the new weatherstripping to size. Measure the length of the convertible top frame and cut the new weatherstripping to the same length.
4. Apply adhesive to the new weatherstripping. Apply a thin bead of adhesive to the back of the new weatherstripping.
5. Install the new weatherstripping. Press the new weatherstripping into place on the convertible top frame. Make sure that the adhesive is evenly distributed.
6. Use a roller to smooth out the weatherstripping. Use a roller to smooth out any wrinkles or bubbles in the weatherstripping.
7. Let the adhesive dry completely. Allow the adhesive to dry completely before closing the convertible top.
Once the adhesive has dried completely, the top leak should be fixed.
