Preparation:
- Make sure the vehicle is parked on a flat, stable surface and the engine is off.
- Apply the parking brakes.
- Open the trunk.
Removal:
1. Locate the rear sub woofer in the trunk.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the sub woofer.
3. Remove the four screws that secure the sub woofer to the rear deck.
4. Carefully remove the sub woofer from its housing.
Installation:
1. Place the new sub woofer in the housing, aligning the screw holes.
2. Secure the sub woofer with the four screws that you removed earlier.
3. Reconnect the electrical connector to the sub woofer.
4. Test the sub woofer by turning on the car audio system and adjusting the volume.
