Tools:
* Timing light
* 10mm wrench
* Phillips head screwdriver
Instructions:
1. Warm up the engine to operating temperature.
2. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool slightly.
3. Remove the seat.
4. Remove the spark plug from the cylinder head.
5. Insert the timing light into the spark plug hole.
6. Connect the timing light to the battery.
7. Start the engine.
8. Aim the timing light at the flywheel.
9. Adjust the timing so that the mark on the flywheel lines up with the mark on the engine case.
10. Tighten the 10mm bolt to secure the timing.
11. Replace the spark plug.
12. Replace the seat.
The timing for the Warrior 350 is set to 18 degrees BTDC (Before Top Dead Center).
