The fuse for the cigarette lighter in a 2005 Prius is located in the under-hood fuse box. To access the fuse box, open the hood of your Prius and look for a black plastic cover with the word "FUSE" written on it. Remove the cover to reveal the fuses. The fuse for the cigarette lighter is labeled "C/LGTR." It is a 15A fuse.
If the cigarette lighter fuse has blown, you will need to replace it with a new 15A fuse. To do this, simply pull the old fuse out of the slot and insert the new fuse. Be sure to replace the fuse cover before closing the hood of your Prius.
