- New water pump

Instructions:
1. Park your Cadillac Deville on a level surface and allow the engine to cool down completely.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent any electrical accidents.
3. Position the bucket underneath the water pump to catch any coolant that leaks out.
4. Use the wrench to loosen the radiator cap to relieve pressure in the cooling system.
5. Remove the serpentine belt by using a ratchet and socket to loosen the tensioner pulley.
6. Use the pliers to remove the bypass hose at the top of the water pump.
7. Remove the thermostat housing by using the wrench to loosen the bolts that hold it in place.
8. Remove the old water pump gasket using a screwdriver.
9. Install the new gasket and then hand-tighten the water pump bolts.
10. Replace the thermostat housing and the bypass hose.
11. Reinstall the serpentine belt.
12. Refill the cooling system with antifreeze and reinstall the radiator cap.
13. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
14. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to check for any leaks.
