How do you remove the radiator on an ef falcon?

To remove the radiator on an EF Falcon, you will need the following tools and materials:

- 10mm socket wrench

- 12mm socket wrench

- Phillips head screwdriver

- Flat head screwdriver

- Pliers

- Funnel

- Coolant

- Rags

Instructions:

1. Park the car on a level surface and allow the engine to cool down completely.

2. Open the hood of the car.

3. Locate the radiator cap and loosen it by turning it counterclockwise.

4. Place a funnel under the radiator cap and drain the coolant from the radiator.

5. Once the radiator is empty, close the radiator cap.

6. Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses from the radiator by squeezing the hose clamps with pliers and pulling the hoses off.

7. Remove the fan shroud by removing the bolts that hold it in place with a 10mm socket wrench.

8. Remove the radiator by removing the bolts that hold it in place with a 12mm socket wrench.

9. Lift the radiator out of the car and set it aside.

10. Clean the radiator mounting area with a rag and water.

11. Install the new radiator by reversing the steps you took to remove the old radiator.

12. Fill the radiator with coolant and replace the radiator cap.

13. Start the car and let it run for a few minutes to circulate the coolant.

14. Check for leaks and make sure the coolant level is correct.

Note: If you have air conditioning, you will also need to disconnect the air conditioning lines from the condenser.
